I try and walk as much as I can. In today’s modern world my cell phone keeps sending me reminders daily to do more. Walking clears the mind of everything that relates to stress, it puts all of your issues to the side. I love walking through neighborhoods, as you walk you see new stories of people living, homes with character, and sights you have never seen before. Your problems vanish as you walk and when you get done walking your mind clicks on and the issue you had you have found a solution that gets you back on the path of life. I love walking, finding peace, stimulating my mind with new pictures, and ending the walk with a little bit of clarity. Walk on!
